Please complete the 2027 Sponsor Form with your current contact information, sponsorship details and company or organization logo.
Please upload the logo you would like printed on the shirts and used on the Stanley Park Ball website and social media.
If you have difficulty uploading your logo or have multiple logo formats available, please email them to amanda@spcakitchener.ca .
After completing the Sponsor Form, please submit the $250 Sponsorship Payment through the Stanley Park Ball online store.

Once your completed Sponsor Form and payment have been received, our Sponsorship and Marketing team will review your information and coordinate your sponsorship for the 2027 season.
