Welcome to Stanley Park Ball and the RAMP TEAM APP!
Stanley Park Ball is excited to adopt the RAMP platform for team registration, schedules, and communication this season. All teams in our league will utilize the RAMP TEAM APP to streamline operations and stay connected.
💡 Already registered with the RAMP TEAM APP? If you used the same email address from a past season, do not create a new account—skip to Step 3!
The RAMP TEAM APP is available for mobile devices:
📲 Apple App Store (iOS): [RAMP Team App on the App Store]
📲 Google Play Store (Android): [RAMP Team - Apps on Google Play]
🔹 Note: The RAMP TEAM APP will only work on a mobile device such as an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or tablet.
1 Open the app
2 Select “Create Account”
3 Enter your Email (must be the same email used during RAMP registration)
4 Create a Password & Confirm Password
5 Enter Display Name
Use YOUR FULL NAME (Do not enter your player's name!)
6 Select “Create Account”
7 Wait for a verification code (sent to your email)
8 Enter the verification code and select “Verify & Login”
After logging into the RAMP TEAM APP in STEP 3 next step, you will only see TEAMS if your player (or you as bench staff) are assigned to it by the SPCA registrar Please contact ball@spcakitchener.ca if your player’s name, or your name as member of team staff, does not appear in the app! |
1 After logging in, click Settings (gear icon in the top right corner).
2 Select Account Settings.
3 Verify/Edit your First Name, Last Name, and Cell Number (this ensures your team can contact you).
4 Click “Update Account” (you may need to press twice to confirm changes).
👨👩👧👦 This step allows additional family members to access the RAMP TEAM APP and update availability.
🔹 How to add emails:
1 Press Back Arrow to return to Settings.
2 Select “My Team Members”.
3 Choose your player’s name.
4 Update email addresses (recommended setup):
Box 1: Player’s email (if they need app access)
Box 2: Parent/Guardian’s email
Box 3: Spouse/Partner’s email
Box 4/5: Additional parents/guardians
5 Click “Update Team Members” (you may need to press twice to confirm changes).
🔄 If additional family members need access to the RAMP TEAM APP, repeat Steps 1-3 for each person.
